In the late eighties when we lived in Paris, we often took trips to the small town of Honfleur. Only a short drive less than an hour away from Paris, the small harbor town with its old, crooked buildings just bewitched me with its great colors and architecture. To this day, I never tire of doing different renditions of it.
This particular canvas is quite large, six feet vertical by 5 feet horizontal. Big and bold, I named it after one of our favorite restaurants in the eighth arrondissement.
