Everytime I paint an interior, I think to myself: I would like to live in this room and enjoy it everyday. So it is with this painting. It obviously has that English touch which I so admire… comfy sofas and chairs, lots of paintings on the walls and, of course, an abundance of good books. All these things make a room livable and inviting to me.
