This is a very well known and expensive restaurant in Cucuron. It stands at the corner of the picturesque basin where so many partake of lunches and dinners by the water. I have painted this scene before but it seems to pull me back for yet another interpretation. Maybe it’s the colors… the worn, warm yellow with the brilliant blue of the shutters. At any rate, it makes my mouth water.
