Oil on canvas

I don’t know how many bistros there are in Paris but I do know the pulse of this beautiful city can be felt in each of them. Those bistros are almost like a species unto themselves. I love painting them because they remind me of great moments of my life in Paris when we lived there in the late eighties. There is indeed something magical about sitting out in the Paris sun and watching the world go by.
Les Deux Magots is one of the most well known, situated on the corner of Boulevards Saint Germain and Raspail, it is a typical haunt of many Parisians and tourists alike.
